Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support SAP GRC Access Control solutions.
  
• Manage Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).
  
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation activities.
  
• Design and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across SAP landscapes.
  
• Collaborate with business and audit teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met.
  
• Support SAP S/4HANA security and GRC implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  
• Conduct user access reviews, security audits, and compliance reporting.
  
• Troubleshoot authorization and access -related issues.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands -on experience in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
  
• Good experience in SAP Security Administration and Role Design.
  
• Expertise in PFCG, SU01, SUIM, SU53, ST01, and authorization concepts.
  
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Security & GRC.
  
• Knowledge of SoD rule set maintenance and compliance frameworks.
  
• Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  

Preferred:

• SAP GRC/Security Certification.
  
• Experience with SAP Fiori Security, SAP BTP Security, and Cloud Identity Services.
