Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Act as a process expert for SAP O2C and support the design and implementation of process templates.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead end-to-end SAP O2C implementations and S/4HANA rollout projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Gather and analyse business requirements and recommend process improvements.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify gaps between existing processes and the standard/template solution during rollouts.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users on SAP O2C functionalities.

  
  


• 
  

  Integrate SAP O2C with MM, FI, WM/EWM and other relevant modules.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with functional, technical and business teams for solution design and implementation.

  
  


• 
  

  Define rollout scope and support plants/business units in adopting the standard template.

  
  


• 
  

  Support data migration activities, including field mapping, transformation rules and validation of migrated data.

  
  


• 
  

  Validate master and transactional data such as Business Partner, Material Master, Sales Orders, Pricing Conditions and Invoices.

  
  


• 
  

  Support integration testing, UAT, defect management and resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in cutover planning, go-live and hypercare activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and maintain user manuals, training materials, process documentation and project deliverables.

  
  


• 
  

  Support process improvement initiatives by analysing business requirements and coordinating with technical teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor junior and senior functional consultants and support competency development.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and business users.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with stakeholders across multicultural and international environments.

  Support project planning, timelines, deliverables and overall implementation roadmap.

  
  

Required Skills

• 
  

  6+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience in both SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2+ End-to-End SAP O2C Implementations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of SAP SD/O2C business processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of integration with MM, FI and WM/EWM.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, migration and cutover activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
