Job Description - Senior Scrum Master

Scrum Master

Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.

Support multiple teams in complex delivery environments.

Work with Product Owners on backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Track project progress, risks, and Agile metrics using JIRA.

Coordinate communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Ensure consistent and high-quality sprint delivery

Requirements

Scrum Master

Strong experience managing multiple Scrum teams

Strong JIRA experience for tracking and reporting

Exposure to Data Engineering / Analytics / BI / Cloud projects

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management

Strong understanding of Agile governance and delivery frameworks
