This position will be a WFO/Hybrid role and you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Job Role & Responsibilies

We are looking for a hands-on SEO professional with experience managing multiple websites across SEO, AI-driven workflows, automation, market research, and WordPress operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage SEO activities across multiple websites
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research and search intent analysis
Identify SEO opportunities aligned with TOFU and MOFU lead generation strategies
Improve rankings, organic traffic, indexing and overall site health
Optimize website content and structure for AI search engines, LLM visibility, and modern search discovery platforms with knowledge of programmatic CRO and AI search optimization.
Build and optimize AI-assisted SEO workflows and automation systems
Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Semrush, GA4, GSC, SurferSEO, etc.
Support content strategy through audience research, competitor insights and funnel-based SEO planning
Manage WordPress websites, blog publishing, plugins, redirects and on-page optimization
Collaborate with content, design and development teams
Managed SEO campaigns for US-based clients/companies, understanding US search behavior, audience targeting, and content localization.

Requirements

3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content-driven growth strategies
Experience handling multiple websites simultaneously
Understanding of SEO’s role in lead generation and sales funnels
Working knowledge of AI tools and SEO automation workflows
Strong market research and analytical skills
Experience with WordPress management
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.
Ability to work independently and think strategically while being a team player

Bonus Skills

Experience in SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or tech industries
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
