Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan and oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and structure for SEO.
• On-Page & Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content production.
• Create content briefs based on keyword and search intent research.
• Technical SEO: Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, and schema markup.
• Work closely with web developers to implement technical fixes.
• Maintain and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, etc.
• Off-Page SEO: Develop and manage link-building campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Monitor backlink profiles and address toxic links.
• Build and maintain partnerships for earned media and guest posting opportunities.
• Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyse, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Use data to iterate and continuously improve SEO strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven SEO experience in a senior Experience in SaaS
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with major SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow,WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Google Analytics and/or SEO certification(s) a plus.
