Senior SEO Specialist

We operate a global portfolio of online pharmacies and e -commerce websites. We are looking for a data -driven SEO Specialist to join our team and help drive organic revenue.

• This is a hands -on role for a specialist who understands the nuances of eCommerce SEO. Beyond standard optimisation, we are looking for someone who can independently analyse our product offers, leverage modern tools (like AI) to work efficiently, and proactively suggest strategies to improve our organic visibility and sales.
  

Key Responsibilities

Global E -commerce Strategy

• Optimise Category and Product Pages to rank for high -intent “buying” keywords to drive conversions, not just traffic.
  
• Manage on -page and off -page SEO for our multi -lingual websites, ensuring correct technical setup (hreflang) and regional targeting.
  
• Regularly audit the websites to identify content gaps or keyword opportunities and execute plans to capture them.
  

Technical SEO & Compliance

• Perform regular technical audits (using Screaming Frog/Semrush) to address common e -commerce issues, including duplicate content, broken links, and slow page speeds.
  
• Work closely with the development team to translate technical findings into clear implementation tasks.
  
• Ensure all medical and pharmacy content adheres to Google’s E -E -A -T guidelines to maintain trust and compliance.
  

Analytics & Innovation

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) constructively to speed up routine tasks like meta -tag generation, keyword clustering, or content outlining.
  
• Use Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) to consolidate data from multiple sources and identify trends that standard dashboards may miss.
  
• Monitor traffic and revenue metrics weekly. If performance fluctuates, investigate the root cause and propose solutions.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proven success managing SEO for eCommerce with a clear understanding of website structure and user intent.
  
• Expert proficiency with standard SEO suites, specifically GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  
• Highly comfortable handling and analysing large datasets in Excel to map keywords and track performance.
  
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
