Role Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced L3 Server Engineer to join our infrastructure team for client -site deployment. This role acts as the final escalation point for critical infrastructure issues and plays a key role in ensuring uptime, stability, security, and performance of enterprise environments.

This is not just a support role—you will go beyond tickets and maintenance to become a key driver of infrastructure reliability. The position offers strong growth opportunities for high -performing L2 engineers ready to step into an L3 role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the final escalation point for critical Windows Server (2019/2022) outages and performance issues.
  

• Perform end -to -end administration of Hyper -V clusters and virtual machine environments.
  

• Ensure efficient operation of SAN storage (Netgear preferred) with high availability and optimal performance.
  

• Maintain and support server infrastructure for SQL and Oracle database environments.
  

• Provide server -side support for enterprise applications built on VB and .NET frameworks.
  

• Lead disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and regular restoration testing.
  

• Manage and maintain physical server infrastructure (HP, Dell, Cisco).
  

• Implement security hardening, patch management, and compliance best practices.
  

• Proactively monitor infrastructure health and recommend improvements for better stability and performance.
  

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 troubleshooting and administration
  

• Hands -on experience with Hyper -V clusters and virtualization
  

• SAN storage management (Netgear preferred)
  

• Experience supporting SQL and Oracle server environments
  

• Server -side application support (VB / .NET based applications)
  

• Disaster recovery planning, backups, and restore validation
  

• Physical server management (HP / Dell / Cisco hardware)
  

• Security hardening and patch management practices
  

Good to Have Skills

• Configuration and management of L2/L3 switches, VLANs, and office Wi -Fi networks
  

• Experience with Fortigate Firewalls
  

• Endpoint protection using Bitdefender EDR
