InterScripts is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application
Engineer / Lead SME to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions for
healthcare clients, driving digital transformation, workflow automation, and
compliant IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop
  ServiceNow solutions using App Engine, Scoped Apps, Flow Designer,
  IntegrationHub
  
• Configure
  modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
  
• Lead
  ITSM implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) aligned with
  ITIL
  
• Integrate
  with EHR systems (Epic/Cerner), HL7/FHIR, and clinical platforms
  
• Automate
  workflows across patient services, clinical, and HR operations
  
• Implement AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)
  
• Manage CMDB & asset lifecycle (clinical devices, IT assets)
  
• Ensure
  compliance with HIPAA, GxP, FDA
  
• Act as SME, client-facing lead, and mentor
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5–12+
  years of ServiceNow experience
  
• Expertise
  in ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs
  
• Experience
  with CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  
• Healthcare
  domain knowledge (Epic/Cerner, HL7/FHIR, HIPAA, GxP)
  

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, ITIL
  
• Experience
  with AI/GenAI and large-scale implementations
