Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request).
Build and customize Service Portal widgets and pages.
Create and support REST/SOAP integrations and API -based workflows.
Automate processes using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
Lead requirement discussions and prepare technical documentation.
Troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

8+ years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, Integrations, and Service Portal.
Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience with workflows, Catalog Items, and CMDB.
Good communication and client -handling skills.
ServiceNow certifications preferred.
