Senior ServiceNow Developer

Solution Design & Implementation - Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. Development & Customization - Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, script includes, and custom applications. Integrations - Develop REST/SOAP-based integrations, manage MID Servers, and leverage Integration Hub. ITOM & ITAM Expertise - Implement CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM. Presales & Consulting - Conduct client workshops, demos, and provide technical expertise for RFPs. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, Integration Hub). Experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. ServiceNow CSA, CIS (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM), CAD. ITIL 4 Foundation.
