• Demonstrate, design, and implement the platform modules in
line with business needs.
• Design, develop and configure out of the box workflows,
forms, scripts and create / maintain custom objects to meet business
requirements using agile methodologies.
• Provide expert level support and maintain the ServiceNow
platform as per the agreed service levels (Available, Stable, Performant,
Usable and Maintainable)
• Work closely with functional teams, architecture teams in
positioning the modules into the landscape.
• Play a key role in creating and adapting the design
guidelines, best practises together with the Platform Architect, other Leads
and SE’s
• Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks, including
configuration, integration, testing, requirements analysis and solution design.
• Worked on full-scale implementation of Servicenow modules
for ITSM, FSM, ITBM, CSM.
• Facilitate workflow enhancements to the ServiceNow
application including automation and/or additional self-service features and
functions.
• Understand the business needs and rapidly prototype new
solutions. Create and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI
Actions and ACLs.
• Good hands-on experience on ServiceNow integration with
other application/system Using SOAP, REST, JSON
• Coach/ guide the current ServiceNow team in support and
operations and projects
• Take active part in platform upgrades (impact analysis,
identify upgrade path, realize)
• Provide technical and thought leadership in both system
integration and application development, while also promoting best practices in
these areas
• Proactively work on limiting the customizations, demo the
useful features, optimize license/support costs, provide reporting &
dashboards useful.
• Identifies opportunities for asset reuse that reduces
overall solution cost and development time Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
in related field
• 6-10 years of experience in Design, Develop IT
applications
• 5+ years of implementation/administration experience on
ServiceNow platform • Hands-on experience in development / customization /
configuration of ServiceNow modules for ITSM (Request, Incident, Change,
Problem, Config), FSM, ITBM and CSM • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of
ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems
• Strong knowledge on the ServiceNow platform (Out of the
Box features, workflows) • (Optional) Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator
or ServiceNow Implementation • Certification of ITIL processes & Agile
methodologies is added advantage • Experience as Java Developer, Scrum Master
for the product team is an added advantage
