Senior Software Architect

Position Title:             Senior Software Architect

Reporting To:             CEO

The Senior
Software Architect will be the driving force behind the architectural vision
and technical excellence of our platform and will guide the technical development
to create cutting -edge, scalable, and reliable software modules. The Senior
Software Architect will collaborate closely with cross -functional teams and
leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications

-          Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science,
Software Engineering, or a related field.

-     8 -10 years of professional experience in software
development, with a focus on software architecture & design, and technical
leadership.

-          Project Management Professional (PMP)/CAPM/PMI -ACP certification
or equivalent.

-          Experience in Project Management and Project
Documentation.

-          Working knowledge of Python, Django, PostgreSQL and ReactJS.

-          Proven expertise in designing and implementing
scalable, reliable, and high -performance software systems.

Key Responsibilities

-          B2B SaaS Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of
B2B SaaS principles to design architecture that addresses the specific needs of
enterprise clients. Create solutions that facilitate seamless integration,
customization, and efficient management of our software products in various
client environments.

-          Solution Design: Lead the architectural design and
development of our SaaS -based ESG platform, ensuring alignment with business
goals and technical requirements.

-     Data Security and Compliance: Enforce stringent
security measures within your architectural designs to meet industry -specific
compliance standards and address the data security concerns of our enterprise
clients. Implement advanced authentication, authorization, and encryption
mechanisms.

-          Integration and API Strategy: Devise strategies for
smooth integration of our B2B SaaS products with diverse client systems. Design
robust RESTful APIs and data exchange mechanisms to facilitate seamless
communication.

-     Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and
mentorship to development teams, assisting them in overcoming technical
challenges and enhancing their skills. Set a high standard for code quality,
documentation, and best practices.

-     Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product
Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to translate business
requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.

-      Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for
process optimization and technology enhancement within the B2B SaaS development
lifecycle. Initiate and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and
delivery speed.

-          Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance
with architectural guidelines and high -quality standards.

-          Work with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD practices,
automated testing, and deployment pipelines into the software development
lifecycle.

-     Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging
trends and technologies in the B2B SaaS landscape. Evaluate new tools, frameworks,
and technologies for potential integration into our software ecosystem.

Technical Skills
and Competencies

-          Proficiency in designing and implementing
scalable, distributed, multi -tenant B2B SaaS architectures.

-          Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms
(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

-          Strong knowledge of architectural patterns
suitable for B2B SaaS, such as microservices, event -driven architecture, etc.

-          Experience with containerization technologies
(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying B2B SaaS solutions.

-          Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks,
and technologies used in B2B SaaS software development.

-          Experience with DevOps practices, continuous
integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing.

-          Excellent MS Office Skills.

-          Security -conscious mindset, with the ability to implement
security measures within the architecture.
