Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise -grade software applications using Java, Spring MVC, and related frameworks.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and frontend components using JavaScript, AJAX, and modern frontend libraries.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver high -quality software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well -documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Perform in -depth debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize database performance through efficient SQL queries and schema design using relational databases.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews to uphold code quality and scalability.
Utilize Git for version control, branch management, and collaborative development across distributed teams.
Support system migration, refactoring, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Assist in mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands -on experience in software development with a strong focus on Java -based applications.
Proficiency in core programming concepts, object -oriented design, and design patterns.
In -depth knowledge of Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Java EE frameworks.
Strong experience with JavaScript, AJAX, and modern frontend development practices.
Demonstrated expertise in SQL and database design, including optimization and indexing strategies.
Hands -on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins, for automated builds and deployments.
Proficient in Git for source control management and collaborative development workflows.
Strong debugging and problem -solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Familiarity with Python for scripting, automation, or backend integration tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile development environments.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
