Senior Software Developer -Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in RFID technology to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise -grade RFID solutions. The role involves end -to -end ownership of software modules, system integration, and technical leadership across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RFID -based enterprise applications.
  

• Lead architecture and system design for high -performance RFID solutions.
  

• Integrate RFID readers, middleware, databases, and backend applications.
  

• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  

• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, and cross -functional teams.
  

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  

• Participate in requirement analysis, code reviews, and solution discussions.
  

• Support troubleshooting, deployment, and client -facing technical interactions.
