As a technical leader at Incedo (Pune), you will work on a shared core platform powering both on-prem and SaaS offerings, including orchestration, configuration management, and observability services in the virtualization and networking domain. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of modern application infrastructure, networking, and system design to shape and influence the technical direction of the product suite.
This role is a hands-on contributor.
Role and responsibilities
Act as a hands-on technical for core platform components spanning Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and networking domains.
Own design, development, and technical decision-making for core platform components, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across on-prem and SaaS offerings.
Lead technical discussions, review designs and code.
Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices to improve platform reliability and developer productivity.
Serve as an L3 escalation point for complex production issues and drive long-term fixes through better design and observability.
Technical skills requirements
Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices-based architectures.
Hands-on experience building Kubernetes-based platforms using Python, Java, Go, or C/C++.
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP).
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM).
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Strong debugging skills across distributed systems, networking, and OS-level components.
