Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer to lead the design,
development, and scaling of a digital collections and recovery platform. This role blends
traditional backend engineering with AI -powered features, including large language models
(LLMs) and real -time Voice AI.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, applied AI engineers, and engineering teams to
build scalable, reliable backend systems and intelligent workflows that power innovative fintech
products. While experience with AI and Voice technologies is a strong plus, a solid foundation in
backend development and the ability to quickly learn new technologies is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & System Design
● Work with cross -functional teams to turn dynamic product requirements into clear,
scalable technical solutions
● Design APIs and backend systems with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and
maintainability
● Own features or technical areas end -to -end, from design and implementation to
deployment and monitoring
● Drive improvements in existing systems for scalability, observability, and fault tolerance
AI & Intelligent Systems Integration
● Build and enhance intelligent systems by integrating large language models (LLMs) such
as Llama, GPT, Claude, or similar
● Work with real -time voice AI technologies and platforms such as LiveKit
● Rapidly learn and adapt to emerging AI and backend technologies to drive innovation
and growth
Code Quality, Delivery & Operations
● Write clean, well -tested code and contribute to technical standards
● Conduct code reviews and maintain thorough system documentation
● Work with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance monitoring
Leadership & Mentorship
● Mentor and support other engineers through feedback, knowledge sharing, and
hands -on guidance
● Help set engineering standards, guide tooling decisions, and shape engineering
direction
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
● Proven experience owning features or technical areas end -to -end that handle
large -scale traffic, from design to deployment and monitoring
● Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or
Node.js, with strong computer science fundamentals
● Hands -on experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL,
or MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization
● Experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as Llama, GPT, Claude, or
similar
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and performance
monitoring
● Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team development
● Willingness and ability to learn and apply AI technologies and real -time voice
communication tools
Plus
● Exposure to real -time communication platforms such as LiveKit or WebRTC
● Experience working with telephony or audio systems
● Experience in cloud -native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and
containerized setups using Docker and Kubernetes
● Experience working in a startup or fast -paced, product -focused environment
