Senior Software Engineer, Brand Engagement

We've raised $30M+ to date and are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Greylock, and QED. Located in SF, NYC, Austin, and Bangalore, we're looking to expand our 35+ person team to build the future of eCommerce!

What you'll do:

• Develop product interfaces for a B2B use case covering analytics, integrations, and notifications

• Integrate with advertising platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Outbrain, and others

• Integrate with notification platforms, authentication platforms, and other 3rd party software

• Write complex SQL and create proper data interfaces for internal and external consumption

• Monitor and optimize B2B workflows in platform to increase engagement and stickiness

What you are:

• 5+ years of experience building software products

• Experienced with React and Typescript and at least one other modern languages used in backend systems

• Familiar with data warehouses and other storage systems(Relational databases, key-value stores, cloud buckets etc)

• Able to discuss and debate strategic engineering / product decisions

• Track record of building products that delight users

• Excited about learning and adopting new technologies

• Highly driven to build features and improvements in a secure, well-tested, and performant way

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Take lead on customer escalations

• Nice to haves

  • Built data infrastructure/pipelines in the past

  • Knowledge on Go, Google cloud or Graphql

  • Messaging systems (Kafka, Google pub/sub etc)

• Bonus

  • Either founded startups in the past or been part of a hyper-growth startup
