About the Role 

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C#/.NET to build and scale Leadrat’s flagship Presales CRM, LeadratBlack. 

Key Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core. 

  
  

• 
  

  Work with EF Core, PostgreSQL and Redis for high-performance applications. 

  
  

• 
  

  Design and maintain multi-tenant SaaS systems. 

  
  

• 
  

  Build background jobs, queues and third-party integrations. 

  
  

• 
  

  Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. 

  
  

• 
  

  Review code, maintain engineering standards and mentor engineers. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams. 

  
  

• 
  

  Work on AI-powered features and leverage AI coding tools. 

  
  

Must-Have Skills 

• 
  

  5–8 years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET. 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong ASP.NET Core Web API and REST API experience. 

  
  

• 
  

  Good knowledge of EF Core, PostgreSQL and SQL optimization. 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with Redis/distributed caching. 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong understanding of async programming and concurrency. 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with Azure or any major cloud platform. 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID and design patterns. 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with Git, CI/CD and unit/integration testing.

  Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  Multi-tenant SaaS experience.
