Testing professional who can Define Test scope and Define approach test coverage and support for testing problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Application of Technical tools:
- Use CLM tools for requirements to release traceability.
- Test Plan in RQM and test schedule in RTC.
- Effective usage of setting file tools (Plt2.5, GESE, MAC, Analyser) and supporting tools.

Technical Mentoring and Coaching :
- Provide technical support to Test engineers

Your responsibilities will include

Education: B.Tech/B.E- Electrical/Electronics, ECE

Experience: 3 to 6 Years 

Responsibilities:

Understanding of function concepts:
- End to End Responsibility of Feature ownership.
- In depth understanding & Analysis of software, Cycle requirements.
- Able to identify clearly all the SW Parameters and Variables needed for the Test.
- Early Identification of SW Parameter and Variables needed for the Test and get it from EES and Platform Team
- Able to design and develop test cases with various Test Design Technique ( TDT) methods .
- Able to write and Test scripts in C#.
- Contribute in the test plan definition as per the software releases.
- Review and validate the reported defect and clarify test failure.(RTC).
- Able to do a test schedule in RTC.
- Configure Test setup as per the project needs.
- Develop and Execute exploratory test cases.
- Requirement Engineering with Scrum Team to differentiate testable & not testable requirements.
- Able to perform testing of Cycles, Machine Configuration, UI Configuration and ACU Configuration.
- Assist in Effort estimation

Preferred skills and experiences

TECHNICAL

-Proficient in System Level attributes, trade off between attributes, product maps, FMEA for Platform he or she is working.

- Understand decomposition of Subsystem to Component level requirements

- Able to connect Product Attributes / Features to IDP during Project Execution

- Basic Awareness of all Products / Platforms of Whirlpool

- Awareness/hands on experience on Six sigma/OPEX/ Lean tools and practices.

MANAGERIAL

1. Communicates in a boundaryless way across global/regional/GTEC stakeholders.


2. Exposure/experience of working in a global engineering team environment


3. Team player, flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business task/project priorities. 


4. Good business communication (written/verbal) and Presentation skills
