Senior Solution Integrations

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Integrated Solutions Consultant to lead the design, integration, and delivery of internal and external solutions for our modern core banking platform. This role requires deep expertise in API-driven architectures, modern solution design principles, and enterprise systems integration. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, client delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our platform across diverse environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies for internal systems  and external client environments.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable API-based solutions aligned with modern banking standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration workflows.

• Serve as a technical advisor during client onboarding and solution implementation phases.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand their systems and design tailored integration approaches.
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and optimizing client integrations.

• Partner with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions based on integration needs and client feedback.
• Work closely with Engineering to validate solution designs and ensure alignment with platform capabilities.
• Support QA and DevOps teams in testing and deploying integrated solutions.

• Create and maintain detailed integration documentation, including API guides, solution blueprints, and configuration manuals.
• Train internal teams and clients on integration best practices and platform capabilities.

• Stay current with industry trends in banking technology, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and integration frameworks.
• Recommend and implement improvements to integration processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in solution consulting, systems integration, or technical product management.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and modern integration patterns (e.g., event-driven, microservices).
• Experience with core banking systems or financial services platforms is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
