Senior Solution Specialist | SEA

The Senior Solution Specialist is an Execution Ownership role – responsible for scaling FieldAssist’s enterprise business in SEA. This role combines:

  • Individual Enterprise Hunting (Primary Revenue Driver)
  • On-ground Market Development
  • Strategic Account Building

    The mandate is simple:
     Win anchor enterprise logos, build deep customer relationships, and create a predictable revenue engine.
    This role requires frequent travel to SEA and significant time spent in-market building executive relationships across FMCG, Beverage, Pharma, and Consumer distribution companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Enterprise Revenue Ownership :

    Personally own and close large enterprise deals.
    Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
    Anchor CXO-level conversations (Sales, GTM, Ops, IT).
    Drive commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
    Build and maintain executive relationships across top target accounts.

  • Market Development & Customer Network Building
    Spend significant time in SEA building:
    CXO network
    Industry referrals
    Consultant & ecosystem relationships
    Develop a strong understanding of SEA’s complex distribution landscape.
    Provide structured market intelligence back to Product Teams.

  • Account Strategy & Expansion
    Build structured account plans for top 25 enterprise targets.
    Drive multi-channel approach to land meetings.
    Partner with Customer Success & Pre-sales  for long-term solutioning. .

  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    Align with:
    SDR / Demand Gen for named account targeting
    Pre-sales for solution architecture, BRD Documentation and scope alignment
    Product for On-Ground Insights
    Implementation/CS for seamless go-lives
    Keeping Customer Centricity in mind - drive internal navigation.


Who we're looking for:

  • 4-6  years in B2B enterprise SaaS is a must have
  • Must have experience of Consultative selling
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals of Avg Size 50k-100k ARR.
  • Strong exposure to the consumer distribution ecosystem if preferred.
  • Experience in SEA or emerging markets is a must have.
