Job Description - Senior Solutions Architect Client Strategy & Technology

We are looking for a commercially driven and technically proficient Senior Solutions Architect to lead enterprise solution strategy across India, the USA, and Mauritius. This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, and revenue growth, driving end-to-end engagement from opportunity discovery to solution design and deal closure.
You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, translating complex technology capabilities into scalable architectures and business value frameworks. The ideal candidate blends architectural depth with strong negotiation and client engagement skills, enabling long-term partnerships and high-impact solution deployments.

Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Solution Design
Lead structured discovery workshops to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and system landscapes.
Architect scalable, secure, and integrated solutions combining software, hardware, and service components.
Develop detailed solution blueprints, integration models, and technical documentation.
Evaluate product enhancements and emerging technologies to ensure optimal fitment and competitive differentiation.
Align architecture decisions with ROI targets and long-term scalability.
Technical Demonstrations & Validation
Deliver customized, value-driven product demonstrations (remote and onsite).
Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements, including technical configuration, validation testing, and performance optimization.
Address technical objections and refine solution scope to ensure feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
Commercial & Proposal Strategy
Develop comprehensive commercial proposals, including pricing strategies, solution sizing, and capacity planning.
Own RFP/RFI responses, bid documentation, and technical narratives.
Conduct effort estimations and risk assessments for complex solution deployments.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to accelerate deal velocity and improve win ratios.
Client Advisory & Deal Facilitation
Act as the primary technical advisor during negotiations, supporting commercial structuring and scope refinement.
Build strong relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders.
Guide prospects through evaluation cycles while ensuring expectation alignment across decision-makers.
Drive conversion from qualified opportunity to successful closure.
Market Insights & Strategic Enablement
Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging technology landscapes.
Provide field intelligence to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Contribute thought leadership through white papers, technical articles, and industry-focused content.
Train internal sales teams to strengthen technical positioning and value articulation.
Sales Operations & Governance
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Generate performance reports aligned with KPIs and revenue targets.
Ensure structured handover to delivery and implementation teams post-closure.
Promote cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Delivery units.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Master’s degree or certifications such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, enterprise architecture, or technical sales roles within the technology sector.
Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.

Technical Expertise
Strong command of enterprise software architectures, cloud ecosystems, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Experience designing end-to-end solution schemas and evaluating new technology capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite for commercial documentation and executive presentations.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms for pipeline management and analytics.
Advanced technical writing and documentation skills.
