Senior Sourcing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing to Pay Specialist with a strong background in technical procurement and supplier management. This role requires excellent technical skills, particularly in manufacturing processes, and expertise in handling categories such as machine sheet, metal forming, plastic injection molding, and electronic manufacturing services. 1. Supplier Management: - Efficiently communicate with suppliers to ensure clarity in requirements and expectations. - Identify and engage with new suppliers to expand the supplier base. - Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service. - Conduct thorough evaluations and negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions. 2. Technical Procurement: - Demonstrate expertise in technical procurement, particularly in manufacturing processes. - Handle procurement categories like electronic manufacturing services, electronic components procurement, low volume engineering build requirements. - Assess suppliers on both commercial and technical aspects to ensure the best value for the company. 3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field (Electronics- Preferred) Total experience of 7 to 10 years in the field & Over 5 years of coercing experience in procurement.
