This is a remote opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to drive retail growth and strengthen distribution across an assigned territory.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong distributor relationships, and executing effective market strategies that enhance business performance.

Accountabilities:


The Senior Specialist Retail Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor relationships, and executing retail strategies that maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to sales planning, market analysis, and channel development.



  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory management and direct market engagement.

  • Drive sales and distribution activities by strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners.

  • Analyze market performance and identify opportunities to improve competitive positioning through enhanced customer service and execution.

  • Support and develop distributor sales teams to improve customer management and business growth.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Evaluate distributor performance and recommend corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness and sales outcomes.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns within approved budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Develop territory sales plans and ensure effective implementation of distribution strategies.

  • Monitor return on investment (ROI) for sales initiatives and promotional activities to maximize business impact.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience in channel sales and distributor management. They should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.



  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales, general trade, or retail sales.

  • Strong experience managing distributors and retail sales networks.

  • Solid understanding of ROI calculations and sales performance analysis.

  • Experience with distributor appointment processes and sales planning.

  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities effectively.

  • Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills.

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bengali is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic sales environment.
