Description
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering SAP technical solutions. Your expertise in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, and technical architecture will be key in driving successful implementation, migration, and support projects. You will lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring effective collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Your leadership and technical skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective solutions.
Drive the implementation, rollout, and migration of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Enhance and support existing SAP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimized solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Document and communicate technical specifications and project progress to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and support during system testing and UAT phases.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
Proven track record of leading and managing SAP ABAP projects, demonstrating successful delivery.
Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, HANA database, and SAP UI5/Fiori.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its technical components.
Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Proficiency in SAP development tools and technologies, such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and HANA Studio.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
