Job Description - Senior Specialist Software Engineer, CX

So, what’s the role all about?


As a Senior Specialist Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing a multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS product as part of R&D team, you'll leverage technologies like JavaScript, .NET and AWS to build scalable, high-performance user interfaces in a cloud-first environment


 


How will you make an impact?


Contribute to the software development lifecycle, including design, development, unit testing, bug fixing and deployment, working closely with QA teams.


Ensure the consistent implementation of architectural concepts throughout the development process.


Gain a strong understanding of the product’s purpose, requirements, and market needs.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, UX, R&D, and DevOps) to ensure seamless integration of features.


 


Have you got what it takes?


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute.


14+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on technologies.


4+ years of expertise in web development frameworks and tools such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and TypeScript.


Good to have .NET and SQL hands-on experience.


Ready to learn and work on .NET backend application


Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end solutions.


Exposure to scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions, especially in front-end/UI development.


Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and design patterns.


Hands-on experience with scalable, multi-tenant SaaS-based solutions, particularly in front-end/UI development.


Knowledge about public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.


Proficiency in developing solutions that leverage both SQL and NoSQL databases.


Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins.


 


 


You will have an advantage if you also have:


Database skills: MS-SQL


Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine, or Azure


Desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
