This role acts as a subject matter expert for endpoint management, ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable device lifecycle management across Windows, mobile, and hybrid environments.\n\nThe role works closely with Security, Infrastructure, Workplace Services, and Service Desk teams to deliver modern endpoint management solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business requirements.\n\n* * *\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEndpoint \u0026 Systems Management\n\n * Design, implement, and maintain enterprise SCCM/MECM and Intune environments, including co\u2011management configurations\n * Manage device lifecycle activities covering build, imaging, deployment, patching, upgrades, and retirement\n * Administer Windows 10/11 endpoint configurations, compliance policies, and device health monitoring\n\n\n\nSoftware Deployment \u0026 Patch Management\n\n * Create, test, package, and deploy applications, updates, and security patches using SCCM and Intune\n * Manage Windows Autopilot, OS imaging, task sequences, and feature updates\n * Ensure timely patching and vulnerability remediation in coordination with Security teams\n\n\n\nIntune \u0026 Modern Workplace Enablement\n\n * Develop and maintain Intune policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access integrations\n * Collaborate on migrations from legacy SCCM\u2011only management to cloud\u2011based Intune solutions where applicable\n\n\n\nAutomation, Scripting \u0026 Optimization\n\n * Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to improve deployment, reporting, and operational efficiency\n * Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation across endpoint services\n * Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability of endpoint management platforms\n\n\n\nSupport, Leadership \u0026 Collaboration\n\n * Act as Tier\u20113 escalation point for complex endpoint and device management issues\n * Provide guidance, mentoring, and best\u2011practice recommendations to junior engineers and support teams\n * Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 Experience\n\nTechnical Skills\n\n * Strong hands\u2011on experience with SCCM / MECM administration and architecture\n * Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)\n * Windows 10/11 device management and troubleshooting\n * PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting\n * Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity concepts\n * Endpoint security, patch management, and compliance frameworks\n\n\n\nProfessional Experience\n\n * Typically 5\u20138+ years of experience in endpoint or systems management roles\n * Proven experience managing large\u2011scale enterprise endpoint environments\n * Experience working with security, compliance, and infrastructure stakeholders\n * Ability to work independently and handle complex technical challenges with minimal supervision\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nEducation \u0026 Certifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience\n * Microsoft certifications such as MD\u2011102, Endpoint Administrator Associate, or SCCM/Intune certifications preferred\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nKey Competencies\n\n * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills\n * Excellent written and verbal communication\n * Customer\u2011focused mindset with strong ownership mentality\n * Ability to prioritize workloads in fast\u2011paced enterprise environments\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
