EMC Storage Administration-PowerMax,Isilon, Unity and Pure Storage Excellent administration on SAN switches Various Storage management tools Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow/Flexera/Remedy. Advanced knowledge on Excel, Access, other tools to create reports and Dashboards Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking Performs incident management and change management execution. Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations. Design, install and administer storage systems, processes and enhancements for complex high traffic, business critical communications and/or network-based (cloud) product systems. Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise storage environments, including enterprise storage arrays, fiber channel switches and Network Attached Storage (NAS) physical and virtual tape devices. Develop solutions and processes for reliable and stable data storage management, security, backup, restoration, archiving and replication.
