We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with 6–10 years of professional experience to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading structural design, analysis, and project execution across diverse sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural Design & Analysis:
• Perform advanced structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other civil/structural projects using relevant codes, standards, and software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE).
• Develop structural systems that ensure safety, stability, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct load calculations, seismic assessments, and foundation design for varied project requirements.

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage structural design packages from concept through detailed engineering and construction stages.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Prepare design documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports to support project execution.

• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure all designs comply with local and international building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and construction submittals prepared by junior engineers and consultants.
• Carry out peer reviews, risk assessments, and constructability checks for critical structures.

• Leadership & Mentorship:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, trainees, and CAD teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the engineering team.
• Represent the structural discipline in internal and client-facing meetings.

• Construction Support:
• Collaborate with site teams during construction, resolve technical queries, and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and provide remedial recommendations where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering, preferably with exposure to large-scale and complex projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS).
• Expertise in design of reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures.
• Familiarity with seismic, wind, and dynamic analysis.
