Senior Structural Engineer - Marine & Offshore

• Lead offshore structural design for jackets, topsides, FPSOs, and subsea systems
  
• Perform and approve ULS, FLS, ALS, and non-linear structural analyses
  
• Execute analysis using STAAD Pro, SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, or equivalent tools
  
• Manage engineering packages ensuring schedule, cost, and quality compliance
  
• Approve engineering designs, calculations, and technical decisions
  
• Develop structural methodologies and engineering strategies
  
• Support lifting, load-out, transportation, and installation analysis
  
• Ensure compliance with API, ISO, DNV, and AISC standards
  
• Review and approve technical deviations
  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
  
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
  
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering
  
• Mentor engineers and strengthen team capability
  
• Improve engineering processes, standards, and documentation
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Civil Engineering
  
• 10–15+ years of experience in Offshore / Marine / Oil & Gas projects
  
• Expert proficiency in STAAD Pro (Mandatory)
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
  
• Experience in SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, or equivalent analysis tools
  
• Proven offshore structural design and project leadership experience
  

• EPC offshore project experience
  
• Knowledge of fabrication and installation practices
  
• Expertise in fatigue and non-linear analysis
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
