Role Summary : The Store Manager ensures business success by leading store
operations, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional
customer experiences through operational expertise, customer -

Sales Mastery
â Drive sales to meet or exceed store sales targets, including
achieving category -wise targets.

â Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to
ensure implementation of in -store displays.
Leadership Excellence
â Lead and motivate the store team to achieve high performance
through coaching, recognition, and accountability.
â Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster a
collaborative work environment.
â Focus on team development by conducting on -the -job training
(OJT) and providing constructive feedback.
â Manage employee schedules, conduct performance reviews,
and address hiring and training needs to ensure optimal
staffing.
Change Management
â Adapt to new business strategies and implement changes
effectively within the store environment.
â Encourage flexibility among team members to embrace new
processes and technologies.
Decision -Making
â Utilize data insights to make informed decisions that enhance
operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

operations, and implement performance improvements.

store performance.
Store Operations Excellence
â Oversee comprehensive store management, including visual
merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage prevention.
â Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional,
presentable, and compliant with company standards.
â Maintain outstanding store condition.
â Handle administrative tasks such as managing store
expenses, maintaining monthly reports, and updating
operational checklists.
Candidate
Requirement
: â Bachelor’s Degree
Total 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, min
2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store
manager handled a team of 5+ people.
â Expert in Microsoft office.
â Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and
exceeding customer expectations.
â Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong focus
on customer satisfaction.
â Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure
smooth and efficient store operations.
â Strong team leadership skills to lead and inspire a team.
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
team interaction and conflict resolution.
â Strong analytical and problem -solving skills to analyze data,
identify trends, and make informed decisions.
â Proficiency in store operations, including visual merchandising,
stock management.
â Understanding of inventory management and loss prevention.
