Job Description - Senior Support Manager - Hyderabad

Roles and responsibilities:

â¢ Responsible for the following â

o Project Coordination

âª To lead and manage the team in all project coordination activities for various solar projects that are underway.

âª Ensure regular coordination with external and internal stakeholders for expediting approval, as and when required.

âª Coordinate with various State Heads and be upto-date with the project status.

âª To track & maintain dashboards to track TAT & performance in areas such as site survey completions, DPR Approvals etc.

o Customer Support

âª To ensure that all post-sales inbound and outbound communication are planned and executed as per the pre-set intervals in the overall project timeline.

o O&M and QC

âª To manage the team to ensure all quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites for both rooftop & ground-mounted plants are done on a regular basis and within the targeted timelines.

âª Ensure disposal of all tickets and proper reporting of all relevant metrics to higher management

â¢ Team Management o Lead the various teams in sync with their respective KRAs / strategy of the company.

o Task Allocation & monitoring on regular basis.

o Provide support & training to team-members where required.

â¢ Regular reporting against all individual projects.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

â¢ Bachelorâs degree in any discipline

â¢ Minimum 5 years of experience with a stint in a project management and/or customer support role.

â¢ Strong English verbal & written communication skills

â¢ To have knowledge of Project Management platforms like Zoho Projects, etc.

â¢ Proficient in MS Office (especially excel & word)

â¢ Ability to think critically, organize work assignments according to their priority

â¢ Collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external

â¢ Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments.
