The role
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and high-energy Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead to establish, scale, and lead our new GBS talent acquisition function in Pune.
As the TA Lead for India, you will own the entire recruitment ecosystem—from high-volume technical and operational hiring to niche lateral leadership roles and overseeing campus/fresher programs. You will lead a dedicated team of recruiters, partner closely with global stakeholders, and build a powerful employer brand to attract top-tier talent for The Magnum Ice Cream Company’s prestigious GBS setup. A critical success factor for this role is the ability to leverage and manage flexible hiring models, including Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) partnerships, to scale operations efficiently.

We're looking for someone who
Education: MBA or Master’s in HR.
Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive, core recruitment experience, with a significant portion spent leading a talent acquisition team.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of recruiters and driving accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Hiring Capability: Demonstrated experience managing both highly specialized lateral hiring and complex, high-volume/bulk recruitment cycles.
RaaS Expertise: Proven experience in setting up, managing, or working directly with Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) models to scale delivery effectively.
Industry Background: Extensive experience working within a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Captive organization or the FMCG industry.
Regional Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the India talent landscape,, and regional compensation trends.
Tools: High proficiency with modern enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, etc) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter strategies.
