Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description
Executes talent acquisition processes to meet hiring goals and serves as primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. Engages as thought partner with the business to understand talent needs, challenges and culture. Translates understanding into actionable strategies for identifying, assessing and hiring world-class talent. Ensures a positive candidate interviewing experience. Tracks search metrics and provides updates to hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team. Proactively builds a diverse candidate pipeline and supports ongoing corporate diversity efforts. Work assignments may align with a specialized recruiting discipline, including, but not limited to university, executive, diversity or technical.


Responsibilities

Participates in Talent Acquisition efforts for large functional or multiple organizational unit(s).

Participates in and provides senior-level support to team and cross-functional projects.

For assigned areas, handles complex technical, professional and senior-level hiring.

Helps hiring managers develop internal and external Talent Acquisition strategies.

Surfaces and pro-actively proposes solutions to key Talent Acquisition issues with internal stakeholders.

Modifies and applies innovative and successful candidate negotiation and close strategies.

Manages external agency recruiters.

Understands how to read and interpret vendor proposals and agreements.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 8-14 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
