Senior Talent Sourcer (@Rent A Sourcer)

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver the required support to the client. The primary responsibilities include managing the Talent pipeline, Handling the messaging cadence efficiently, and making necessary reports to meet the SLA.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off) 

Work Location: Baner, Pune

Responsibilities

• Manage all Sourced Talent Pipeline.
• Track messaging cadence for respective projects.
• Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.
• Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers.
• Pairing with the Lead Sourcers in the paired Sourcing sessions to develop the ability to Source individually.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering)
• A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing and Candidate Engagement.
• Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role. (ATS, CRM, Trello, G-Sheet etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to be organized across multiple requisitions while responding to a high volume of candidates
