Your work profile

• Implement, configure, and manage Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments


• Deploy and maintain OneAgent across multiple platforms (Cloud, on-prem, Kubernetes, VMs)


• Design and configure custom dashboards, alerts, and reports


• Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and user experience


• Analyze performance issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA)


• Configure synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring (RUM)

 Key skills required: 

• Education Any Bachelor’s/Master’s

• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.), and DevOps tools


• Set up and manage service flow, tagging, management zones, and error detection


• Work with application, DevOps, and SRE teams to drive observability best practices


• Provide recommendations for system optimization and capacity planning


• Support cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) monitoring strategies


• Ensure governance, standards, and best practices in monitoring setup
