? CTC: ₹7.2 – ₹11 LPA

? Shift: Rotational (Primarily UK/AU Shift – 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST)

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Team Lead – Outbound Sales with strong expertise in leading international telesales teams, outbound sales operations, and performance management across US/UK/APAC markets.

• Outbound Calling / Cold Calling

• Team Performance Management & Coaching

• Sales Target Achievement & KPI Management

• Objection Handling & Consultative Selling

• Experience managing US / UK / APAC customers

• CRM Tools (Zendesk preferred), Calendly & Sales Platforms

• Excellent English Communication
