Senior Tech Lead - C13 - Pune

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled techno-functional analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience in designing and writing business rules within enterprise systems. This role requires both functional understanding and technical acumen to drive efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop, validate and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation & reporting to senior management in a more precise format.
• Design and implement business rules using configurable rules engines or platform-specific rule frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis, root cause analysis, and purpose system/process improvements.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to rules extraction and data discrepancies.
• Create and maintain documentation for rules, logic and data processes.

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

Strong proficiency in SQL, Experience in writing and managing business rules.

Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling.

Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical logic.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Skills:

SQL (oracle & Big Data – Hive).

Business Rules Authoring.

Data Analysis & wrangling (Power BI, Tableau)

Domain Expertise – Regulatory Reporting

Qualifications:

First class degree with excellent academic qualifications. B.Tech. in Comp science, IT, or other engineering disciplines from a reputed institute with relevant work experience.
