Role Description

The technical project team at Reltio drives engineering execution across the portfolio. Works with multifaceted teams to deliver cloud-integrated solutions. Cloud wireless, cloud switching, cloud applications, ML, and AI insights into networks and upcoming issues.
An ideal candidate would be able to create the paths for data-driven decisions, as well as be comfortable with creating order within a fast-paced and ambiguous space. They will understand the who, wha,t and how of hardware development, create and manage the project plan, and successfully execute it while balancing several competing objectives and aggressive timelines.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
At Reltio, the Technical Project Management team plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of engineering initiatives across our product portfolio. As a Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge SaaS solutions powered by AI/ML-derived insights, helping our customers unlock the full potential of their data.
You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to:
Define project scope, requirements, and resource plans
Monitor progress, timelines, and key performance metrics
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve technical challenges
Promote transparency and clear communication from individual contributors to executive leadership
Lead and continuously improve agile development processes to enhance delivery efficiency
Skills You Must Have:
8+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in technical project or program management
Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including Cloud Infrastructure, InfoSec, Engineering, and Product Management
Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Skilled at translating high-level product and technical discussions into actionable execution plans
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
Experienced with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Solid understanding of Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and API integrations
Cloud FinOps experience is a plus

Qualifications 

•    8-10 years of work experience in relevant field

•    B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
