Purpose of the
Function

The Senior Technical
Project/Delivery Manager having full stack development experience will be
responsible for the end-to-end project execution and delivery of the in-house
application suite. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong technical
expertise with hands-on experience in Java and related technologies, coupled
with proven project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of
high-quality, scalable solutions. The manager will oversee a team of 15+
developers and will be responsible for the development of a native Android
application.

This role demands a deep
understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from solution
architecture and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing
maintenance and taking ownership of all the software designed, developed and
hosted in house. The successful candidate will manage the development and
integration of various technologies, including Java, Power BI, MySQL, and Apache
Tomcat (on Linux and Windows), for in-house applications.  A key aspect of this role is ensuring that
projects adhere to best practices, meet stringent quality standards, and align
with the company's strategic objectives.

Education and Experience

• Degree: B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science or related
  field
  
• Experience: 10+ years of software development
  experience with at least 5 years in a technical leadership/project
  management role
  
• Strong hands-on experience in Java technology and
  full-stack development
  
• Proven experience with Power BI and MySQL
  
• Experience in managing and leading a team of at
  least 15+ developers
  
• Experience in native Android application
  development

•         Technical Proficiency:

1. Java Full Stack Development: Expertise in Java, Spring
   Framework, RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
   
2. Database Management: Proficient in MySQL database design,
   development, and optimization.
   
3. Business Intelligence: Experience with Power BI for data
   visualization and reporting.
   
4. Application Server: Strong understanding of Apache Tomcat
   for in-house application deployment and configuration.
   
5. Android Development: Experience in managing the
   development of native Android applications.

8. Experience in managing and tracking project KPIs.
