Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end tech hiring and proven team handling abilities. The ideal candidate will come from a staffing or consultancy background, be highly skilled in technical sourcing, and have a track record of leading recruitment initiatives for diverse technology roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Cloud, and Product Engineers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous performance improvement.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, and other relevant tools.
  • Screen and assess technical candidates for skill fit and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external clients to define and execute hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track hiring performance, team productivity, and recruitment metrics using ATS tools and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 6 – 8 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a staffing or consultancy firm is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in team handling or leading a small recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks, developer roles, and modern hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
