We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Technical Recruiter with hands -on experience in IT recruitment, specifically within the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contractual staffing, sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies and domains.
Manage the end -to -end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract staffing requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer roll outs and onboarding processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and MIS reports.
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, TATs, and quality metrics.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on contractual staffing.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment processes.
Hands -on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship -building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast -paced and target -driven environment.
