Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 3–7 years of experience in customer support, customer success, customer service, or after -sales support,
preferably for a consumer electronics, D2C, e -commerce, or product -based company.

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
· Experience handling customers over WhatsApp, email, chat, and phone calls.
· Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot, WATI, or similar platforms
is preferred.
· Strong ownership mindset with the ability to follow through until issues are resolved.
· Ability to stay calm and professional while handling difficult customers or escalations.
· Comfortable working with order details, shipment updates, warranty claims, service requests, and
customer feedback data.
· Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting customer support KPIs, ticket trends, and recurring customer
issues.
· Empathy -driven approach to problem -solving.
