Inventory Control: Manage spare parts and maintain accurate inventory records. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for hardware support and blocking issues. Manufacturing Support: Provide IT support for semiconductor manufacturing systems and maintain NOC blocking issue flow. Shift Operations: Ensure 24/7 availability of IT services through shift-based operations. Audio-Visual Setup: Configure and maintain conference room AV systems and signage solutions. Technical Expertise: Advanced troubleshooting for IT hardware/software and network connectivity. Certifications: Preferred - CompTIA Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in IT field services or infrastructure support. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge Areas: Semiconductor manufacturing environment, ITIL processes, and SLA adherence. Proficiency Level (T4): Ability to resolve complex technical issues without supervision.
