Perform system-level and component-level verification of PCB designs and assemblies. Conduct diagnostic tests on electronic components and assemblies to identify faults. Document and report test results accurately. Carry out soldering tasks: BGA assembly, removal, and re-balling. Troubleshoot and repair defective boards or components. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repair and testing. Ensure compliance with safety standards (ESD, ISO 9001/IATF 16949). Maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and certifications. Work closely with engineering teams for failure analysis and design feedback.
