Senior Technology Engineer - RTS & Redis

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Engineer with strong expertise in RTS (Real-Time Systems) and Redis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency systems that support mission-critical applications. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize real-time distributed systems leveraging Redis.
• Implement caching strategies, replication, clustering, and persistence in Redis for high availability and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time applications.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers to deliver reliable, high-throughput solutions.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Redis clusters in production environments.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and fault tolerance across systems.
• Drive best practices in system design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in RTS & Redis.
• Proven hands-on experience in Redis Cluster, Sentinel, Pub/Sub, Streams, and Lua scripting.
• Strong background in designing and building real-time, low-latency systems.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments, performance tuning, and system-level debugging.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or Go.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with real-time analytics platforms or high-throughput systems.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/streaming platforms.
