Description:

Voice and Mobile Phone Data, Cost, and Asset Analyst.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret telephone and mobile phone usage data to identify trends and patterns.

Learn to develop, read and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.

Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs associated with mobile phone plans, devices, and services.

Learn to analyze and report on cost-saving opportunities and action opportunities to optimize telephone and mobile expenses.

Asset Management: Oversee the inventory of mobile devices, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of assets.

Manage the lifecycle of mobile devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on mobile phone strategies and policies.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers

Collaboration: Supports strategic project deployment by completing deliverables for new solutions and services.

Provides technical and resource assistance to the Voice Service Delivery, Call Center and Voice operational teams as needed – various roles.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and documentation

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and procedures related to mobile phone data and asset management.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding telephone and mobile phone usage and data security.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with mobile phone assets and data management.
