Here, you\u2019ll be supported in progressing \u2013 whatever your ambitions.\n\nPurpose Statement \n\n| \n \n---|--- \n \nThe BSC Urology Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue to exceed division priorities, define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company\u2019s vision and priorities, and function in and contribute to overall team success. Individuals will exhibit strong clinical excellence, stay current on products, programs and competitive knowledge, and be able to face up to program situations quickly, directly and without hesitation. Candidate will have experience and be comfortable in the hospital and office-based settings, and be creative in their problem solving. The Territory Manager will develop key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demonstrations, product in-services, and procedural observation. Relationships must be established with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Hospital Infection control, and Materials Management. Additionally, candidate will build and maintain constructive strategic relationships in key accounts and be able to take actions that are consistent with the stated organizational goals. Candidate will manage their territory with integrity and in accordance with our Code of Conduct.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n \n--- \n \n--- \n \n * Develops quarterly plans designed to achieve revenue targets.\n * Clinical excellence in respective disease states.\n * Build sustainable business relationships.\n * Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.\n * Define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company\u0027s vision and priorities.\n * Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in key accounts.\n * Stay current on BSC products / programs / competitive knowledge.\n * Focused individual committed to building trusting relationships with key physicians and nurses by training, educating and selling them on our cutting-edge technologies.\n * Must uphold all of the quality policies outlined within sales structure consistently and completely.\n\n\n\nQuality System Requirements \n \n--- \n \nIn all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.\n\nFor those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable: \n \n--- \n \n * Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.\n * Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.\n\n\n\nManagement Requirements \n \n--- \n \n--- \n \n * Not applicable.\n\n\n\nJob Scope and Leveling Guidelines \n \n--- \n \n--- \n \nKnowledge \n \n--- \n \nA developing professional. Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment. \n \n--- \n \nPlanning and Organization \n \n--- \n \nPlans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule. \n \n--- \n \nDiscretion/Latitude; Supervision Received; Decision Making \n \n--- \n \nWorks under general direction regarding the progress of projects and special assignments. May seek guidance in resolving problems, interpretating established policies, procedures and practices. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment. \n \n--- \n \nBusiness Relationships and Project Management \n \n--- \n \nCultivates a wide range of internal business relationships and begins to develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks. May lead a project team of small to moderate scope. Influence exerted at peer level and occasionally at first levels of management. \n \n--- \n \nImpact \n \n--- \n \nContributes to the completion of departmental projects and goals. Errors in judgment, poor recommendations, or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify. \n \n--- \n \nLiaison \n \n--- \n \nEngages with internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects.
