Senior Test Automation Engineer

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer in our office in Udaipur, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive Test Automation strategies, ensuring the development of robust testing frameworks and methodologies. This includes leveraging existing toolsets as well as researching, evaluating, and deploying new test tools.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation across various business functions and processes.
• Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) for automation initiatives!
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop customized automation workflows.
• Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for automation and potential improvement.
• Apply a wide range of automation tools and technologies to build scalable and balanced automation solutions.
• Conduct detailed testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• We are looking for candidate with over 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Test Automation.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions across a diverse range of business functions!
• Proficient in using automation tools and technologies, including Robot, Selenium, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Highly skilled in programming and scripting, with expertise in languages such as Python and Java.
• Experienced in setting up and handling continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sophisticated processes and see opportunities for automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with multi-functional team
