Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholder for periodic reporting on progress


• Provide necessary training and support to stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and usage of products or services.


• Customer Relations:Build strong relationships and maintain a positive rapport with stakeholders to facilitate project success.


• Testing: Execute test cases based on test case specs covering end to end flow with internal and third party interface and middle layer interactions


• Support in Provide walkthrough to Business stakeholders for Test Design sign-off


• Support in establishing Impact Analysis based regression pack selection


• Ensure code quality and participate in code reviews.


• Contribute to building assets and repositories


• On-Job Training: Provide training on tools, technologies or platform  for team members and support team members in project delivery


• Brainstorming with teams and clarifying the queries related to requirement, based on the technical expertise.


• Actively participate in creating training assets, functional repositories, case studies, and tech-specific assets


• Attend necessary trainings and hands-on sessions to upgrade technical skills of trending technical tools/platform/product


• Programming Languages: Basic undersatnding with hands-on of one or more languages - Java, Python, C++, JavaScript etc.


• Database Management Tools: experience in SQL and NO-SQL database 


• Testing: Junit, PyTest, Selenium tools and frameworks


• Experience of automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.


• Experience with tools like Postman or REST Assured for API testing, and understanding REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.


• Strong understanding of manual testing techniques, test case design, and test execution.
